I have long believed that food is our greatest medicine and that every time we eat or drink, we are either feeding disease or fighting it.
​
I believe on focusing on nourishing, functional foods that not only taste great, but that love you back - being healthy and feeling your best should not feel like a chore, be bland or boring.
​
Diets and nutrition do not have to be something we overcomplicate, obsess, or stress over. I strive to teach my clients how to make healthy living a lifestyle and how to incorporate healthy habits into their everyday lives - any diet or approach that is too restrictive or extreme is simply not sustainable and will eventually backfire.
​
My approach is simple: eat real + whole foods, focus on the pillars such as good high-quality sleep, consistent movement, and stress management.
​
I believe in the 80/20 rule. 80% of the time, eat clean and unprocessed, and the other 20%, eat the "fun foods" that might not provide optimal nutrition but that bring you joy such as the cookie or the glass of wine if that is what you desire – because life is meant to be enjoyed. BALANCE is key.
I believe that you must be the CEO of your own health - no one is going to do the job for you! I empower my clients by educating them and giving them the tools (not rules) to take charge of their own health.

Practitioners like myself do not heal anyone, we simply provide the tools and education to allow one to heal themselves.
​
I believe that true healing and results require time, patience, and work, and I do not endorse quick fixes, crash diets or sacrificing longevity and health for temporary outcomes. While pharmaceuticals have their place, I would never recommend them as a first-line treatment for the majority of health conditions and especially not for weight loss - team NOzempic here!

I also very much believe in the mind-body-spirit connection. How good we feel mentally radiates outwardly. When we feel good, we look good - it’s just that simple, and at the end of the day we all just want to be the happiest, healthiest versions of
ourselves.

Improper nutrition, poor gut health, chronic high stress, and lack of adequate rest and sleep can manifest in the body in many ways such as:
