I believe in the 80/20 rule—80% of the time, focus on clean, unprocessed, nourishing foods, and the other 20% is for the foods that bring you joy (yes, that includes those cookies or a slice of pizza!) Because life is meant to be enjoyed, and balance is the key to long-term success.

No one will advocate for your health more than YOU. My role is to empower you with knowledge and tools—not rules—so you can take charge of your well-being.
Healing isn’t about quick fixes, crash diets, or sacrificing long-term health for temporary results. It requires patience, consistency, and the right strategies. While pharmaceuticals have their place, I do not believe in using medications as the first line of treatment for most health conditions—especially not for weight loss (team NOzempic here!).
