With deep respect for all individuals seeking wellness support, it’s important to note that as a holistic health practitioner and functional medicine practitioner, my scope focuses on integrative approaches to health optimization rather than acute mental health interventions. While I incorporate mind-body principles into my practice, individuals experiencing severe mental health crises should seek immediate care from qualified mental health professionals. I’m happy to provide referrals to trusted practitioners who specialize in mental health when appropriate.
My practice emphasizes addressing the root causes of symptoms through nutrition, functional lab testing, and evidence-based natural supplement protocols. I do not address specific psychiatric conditions or situations requiring emergency medical attention.
